Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized beauty advice
• Drive sales and meet performance targets
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Stay knowledgeable on new product launches and industry trends
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of haircare, skincare, or makeup products is a big plus
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for beauty
• Ability to work retail hours
