Take 2 tablespoons daily. You can take multiple servings per day.

Add 2 tablespoons of the product into a smoothie or shake. This product can be dissolved into tea or coffee but requires some agitation to dissolve. The fish flavour is easily masked in coffee. Usage instructions:
Take 2 tablespoons (16g) with water up to 3 times daily. Safe for use during pregnancy & breastfeeding.
